Background  When working in the energy industry throughout gas and electric prices being at a record high, it had been a regular occurrence to speak with people who needed an explanation about the increase in their energy bills, regardless of the unit rate price. This may not be to do with how a property had been built but it gave a thought as to how our economy could operate in a more eco-friendly and energy efficient way.

 

Developed Grounds LTD had been formed to ensure properties were being built with minimum harm done to the natural environment, as well as energy-efficient homes that use more renewable energy.

 

 

 

 

Mission  Within certain cities homelessness had started to come on the rise in the year 2022 and is projected to have a further increase by the end of 2023. The main cause the business serves outside of profitability in addition to being eco-friendly is to combat homelessness. There is a dedicated percentage of profit that will be going towards two different charities, The Salvation Army Homelessness Service and the Social Bite who are taking the necessary steps to end homelessness. A contribution towards helping homeless people get into a balanced lifestyle will have a positive affect on our economy here in the UK.

 

 

 

 

Operations  As a Domestic Property Development Company, revenue will be generated in a traditional manner. The flexibility in terms of what we provide will rely on location, restrictions and any local policies that need to be adhered to. We will aim to provide homes suitable for all people in different circumstances; including first time individual buyers and investors.

 

 

This approach towards building homes from the ground up will contribute towards a sustainable future, allow us to liaise with local councils and give any buyer transparency when purchasing a home.
